Vac-U-Max will be displaying its powder and granular handling systems at the forthcoming Pharma Expo in Chicaco (www.pharmaexpo.com). The systems operate under dilute phase vacuum conveying. It continuously processes powders, additives, fillers, granular materials to processing, packaging and refill machines. The Vac-U-Max system minimizes exposure to fugitive dusts and maximizes on providing safer plant environments especially where combustible dusts are handled. Receivers automate any process and can be used as refill devices with sources of refill from drums, bags, bulk bags, intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s), flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC’s), or super sacks.
